Juventus have appointed ex- Azzurri head coach Spalletti to take the helm for the remainder of the campaign.
Spalletti takes over from his predecessor, who was let go after the Serie A side's defeat by Lazio recently.
Tudor arrived at the club in March filling the shoes of Thiago Motta but departed after seven months at the end of an eight-match winless run.
Under Spalletti, Napoli clinched the Serie A championship in 2022-23 prior to assuming the Italy role, who had failed to qualify for the 2022 World Cup during Roberto Mancini's tenure.
He helped them qualify for Euro 2024 where they were knocked out in the last 16 by Switzerland.
Yet, the Italian FA let Spalletti go in June post a qualifying defeat against Norway, as Italy faced the possibility of not making a third World Cup in a row.
Spalletti's managerial career includes Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Serie A and lifted the Russian league trophy twice while at Zenit St Petersburg.
Massimo Brambilla took interim charge of Juventus for their 3-1 win against Udinese on Wednesday placing them seventh in the Serie A standings - trailing leaders Napoli by six points after nine matches.
Their Champions League campaign sees them in 25th place in the group stage, having lost once and drawn twice in their opening three matches.
